🪪 KYC POLICY

As part of the KYC policy, any person registering declares and accepts that all information provided in the registration form is true and correct.

The company may cancel a user's registration as a player if it determines that they have provided false information during registration on the website.

📋 MANDATORY INFORMATION

Full name, email address, residential address, phone number, and all other provided details must be correct, real, and verifiable upon request.

• Full Name: Must match the customer's real identity.

• Email Address: Must be valid and verifiable.

• Residential Address: Must correspond to the customer's place of residence.

• Phone Number: Must be real and belong to the customer.

🔒 UNCHANGEABLE DATA

The customer's full name, username, and account currency cannot be changed after the account has been created.

✅ ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

To request withdrawals, remove initial limitations, and gain full access to promotions, the account must be verified.

To complete verification, the Company will request the following details:

01 Customer ID: For age verification. Players under 18 years old are not accepted.

02 Place of Residence: Verifiable via utility bill or tax ID document (RIF).

03 Email Address: Must be valid and not previously registered in the system.

04 Mobile Phone Number: Must belong to the customer.

💳 PAYMENT ACCOUNTS

Bank payment accounts must belong to the customer and never be in the name of a third party, for both deposits and withdrawals.

Important: If the company determines that this rule is being violated, it reserves the right to hold funds in custody until the customer provides bank details in their own name or a viable resolution is reached.

🔄 UPDATING DATA

If the customer changes their place of residence, phone number, or any other personal details, they are obligated to inform the Company so that the new information can be updated in the system.

⛔ FALSE OR UNVERIFIABLE INFORMATION

All information provided during registration must be true, correct, and verifiable.

If the Company determines that false information was provided during registration or that the required details cannot be verified, it may cancel the player's registration.
