Restrictions on Payouts for Secondary Markets, Live Betting, and Consecutive Bets

Definition of Secondary Markets and Minor Leagues:

The Company reserves the exclusive right to classify events, tournaments, or competitions as "Secondary Markets" or "Minor Leagues" (including, but not limited to: lower divisions, youth tournaments, non-premier women's leagues, low-liquidity basketball/soccer competitions, and specific statistical markets such as corners, cards, fouls, or points per quarter).

Consecutive Live Bets (Chunking / Risk Fragmentation):

The placement of multiple consecutive, repetitive, or fragmented bets on the same live sporting event (Live Betting)—whether in the same market or in correlated markets—is strictly prohibited if done to circumvent system-imposed maximum bet limits, exploit odds update delays (data feed delay), or generate an artificial accumulation of risk.

Right to Void Bets and Withhold Winnings:

If the Company detects a live betting pattern that combines:

a) The placement of chained or consecutive bets on a single event within short time intervals;

b) Activity focused on Secondary Markets or Minor Leagues; or

c) Operations executed under connection anomalies (including the use of IP addresses belonging to agencies, commercial networks, VPNs, or proxy servers);

The Company will not honor winnings derived from such bets. In such circumstances, the Company reserves the right to void all affected bet slips, recalculate the account balance, and return only the original deposit amount corresponding to those transactions.

2.2 · Registration and Account. In order to place bets on Betfine24.com, you must first personally register an account with us ("Betfine24.com Account"). As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide your date of birth, a valid email address, and choose a username and password to log into Betfine24.com.

You must enter all mandatory information requested in the registration form. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information provided is true, complete, and correct. You must select a username that is not disruptive or offensive.

It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login credentials are kept secure. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Betfine24.com account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional, accidental, active, or passive, of your login details to any third party.

You are prohibited from selling, transferring, or acquiring Player Accounts to or from other Players.

To ensure fairness, transparency, and integrity in gaming activities, the Risk Department will monitor all suspicious activity and apply corresponding corrective measures according to internal protocols and Betfine24's terms and conditions.

Data verification checks will be conducted when necessary. If the player fails to cooperate with these verification checks within a maximum period of 60 days, the account balance will be frozen and non-refundable, and the account will be permanently disabled.

In the event that the Client changes their place of residence, phone number, or any other personal details, they are required to inform the company immediately so that the new details can be updated.

2.4. A person applying for an Account acknowledges and accepts the "T&C" as currently published on the website, as well as any future amendments, regulatory provisions, or other decisions taken by Governing Authorities, and agrees that in case of dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2.5. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion at any time, to decline to open an Account and/or close an existing Account; decline to accept or limit deposits; suspend accounts and/or cancel participation in promotional activities; hold and manage funds; or suspend/cancel the Client's participation.
